What we collect

Bayline collects the information your shop enters to run its business: customer names and contact details, vehicle information, repair orders, estimates, invoices, and messages you send through the app. We also collect account details (shop name, manager name, email, billing information) when you subscribe.

How we use it

Your shop's data is used to operate Bayline for you — nothing else. We do not sell customer or shop data, and we do not share it with advertisers. When your shop uses AI-drafted messages, the repair-order details needed for the draft — customer name, vehicle, and estimate lines — are sent to the AI provider your shop connected (xAI today); drafts are generated from templates and that context, and nothing is ever sent without a human accepting it.

Where it's stored

Shop data is hosted in Canada (Beauharnois, Quebec) with automated server backups.

Your rights

Shop owners can request an export or deletion of their shop's data at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

Bayline uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on the marketing site.
